Common Questions

The full onboarding is designed for 5 to 7 days, with each stage taking 10 to 30 minutes of your time. You control the pace. Some studios complete it in 3 days; others take a full week. There's no rush.
We recommend the order we've laid out, especially Stages 1 through 3. Stages 4 and 5 set up your brand and knowledge base, and Stage 6 is your final walkthrough, so those should stay in sequence. But if you want to jump around within Stages 1-3, that works too.
Absolutely. You can share the forms with team members. Just make sure whoever fills them out has the right information (pricing, phone, hours, etc.). For the live walkthrough call, we recommend at least the studio owner or lead practitioner joins.
No problem. You can skip the logo upload in Stage 4 and add it later. Your studio name will display cleanly without one. Most studios come back and upload a logo once it's designed, usually within the first month.
Your account becomes live during Stage 6, after you complete the walkthrough call. From that moment, your booking page is public, your AI assistant starts answering client messages, and your calendar syncs. You'll be taking bookings right away.
